The fortified farms, well preserved or carefully restored, are located in the heart of the marina, in the low hills and in the flat hinterland. Monopoli is also a fishing village, a town founded on the sea and the sea, characterized by a coast of 15 km of low and indented coast, with numerous coves and long sandy beaches.
